3% VAT on eBooks
10.02.20123% VAT rate for eBooks in Luxembourg
The VAT authorities decided to apply the reduced VAT rate of 3 % to eBooks.
This rule is applicable since 1st of January, 2012.
This particular rate was previously restricted to ordinary books.
This decision confirms that Luxembourg is one of the best place for ecommerce.
